We thank the First Masonic District for their excellent and generous support
of this Corps. We wish to express our gratitude to the Masons, generally, for the
wonderful work that they do in the communities they serve.
Our community-based organization is completely dependent on voluntary
donations which enable us to provide emergency medical services for our neighbors
as we have for more than a quarter-century.
Our principal source of income comes from our community in the form of
personal checks sent in response to a mailed request for money.
While direct donations of money, unless earmarked by the donor, go to our general fund,
we also are looking for specific items which may be donated. All items will be
exclusively for Corps use and none will be sold to recover cash value.
Our wish list:
Our Training Center's largest project is the ongoing training of Emergency Medical Technicians.
We are the ONLY not-for-profit training location in New York City not affiliated
with a supporting organization . Among our needs are CPR training manikins, audio-visual equipment including a new LCD projector,
and a computer to generate Power Point presentations.
Uniforms are an expense each of our members handles individually. Therefore, it is often tough to standardize the required uniforms.
Among the equipment we would like to provide to our members are blue EMS Pants (with extra pockets) - 100 pairs costing $50 each would cost
approximately $5,000, 100 blue Paramedic sweatshirts with embroidery - costing $60 each would cost approximately $6000, 100 blue or white
polo shirts with embroidery - costing $25 each would cost approximately $2500, and 100 winter coats with embroidery - costing $100 each
would cost approximately $10,000.
We wish you, your family, and those who are important to you Good Health and only good
things.

generous support they have provided.
